Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
We at No Goods (operated by TruHue Apparels LLP) strive to deliver high-quality products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns Eligibility
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing us with photos of the item.
Return Process
- Email us at mail@notee.shop with your order number and issue details.
- Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item to our return address.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Timeline
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, limited edition drops, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.
- Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible.
Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Exchanges
