Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at No Goods (operated by TruHue Apparels LLP) strive to deliver high-quality products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

 

Returns Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing us with photos of the item.

Return Process

  • Email us at mail@notee.shop with your order number and issue details.
  • Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item to our return address.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Timeline

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, limited edition drops, or items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer size exchanges or change-of-mind returns at this time.
